Connect Technologies has provided a vast array of solutions to businesses for the past 18 years. Here's a short list of some of the projects that we are currently working on.

12th Man Foundation

The 12th Man Foundation is the college athletics fundraising organization for Texas A&M University, one of the largest universities in the United States. Connect Technologies provides a variety of solutions to provide online services for it's members. Using the online system, members of the foundation can view/update their account information and history, access member only information and services, and renew their membership and tickets for various athletic programs.

The solutions integrate with several exsting Microsoft SQL Server databases and includes both internet and intranet web sites developed in ASP that run internal servers co-managed by the foundation and Connect Technologies. The solutions are designed to process payments through the Authorize.Net Payment Gateway.

GoScout HOMES

The GoScoutHOMES® service, operated by Cox Media, LLC., provides real estate listing information simultaneously on TV and on the Internet in various markets across the United States. Connect Technologies provides an end to end solution for gathering, producing and delivering the real estate listings and local advertising.

The solution includes a Microsoft SQL Server database, various Visual Studio.NET applications, and an ASP web site. The solution integrates with an internal accounting system and processes electronic payments through the Orbital Gateway powered by Chase Paymentech.

GoScout AUTOS

The GoScoutAUTOS® service, operated by Cox Media, LLC., provides automobile listing information simultaneously on TV and on the Internet in various markets across the United States. Connect Technologies provides an end to end solution for gathering, producing and delivering the automobile listings and local advertising.

The solution includes a Microsoft SQL Server database, various Visual Studio.NET applications, and an ASP web site. The solution integrates with an internal accounting system and processes electronic payments through the Orbital Gateway powered by Chase Paymentech.

Gulf Coast Avionics

Gulf Coast Avionics is a complete e-Commerce web site developed by Connect Technologies. Using a custom shopping cart system, orders are automatically placed, and payments routed through the Authorize.Net Payment Gateway.

In addition to the customer's buying experience, an administrative web site was developed to allow Gulf Coast Avionics to manage their inventory and orders online so their product information is up to date and the orders can be processed efficiently.

The solution includes a Microsoft SQL Server database and an ASP web site on a dedicated web server managed by Connect Technologies.

JBA Aviation

JBA Aviation, Inc. has established itself as the clear leader among brokers of business jet aircraft. Connect Technologies worked with JFA Aviation to design and build a system that allows them conveniently update their inventory of aircraft on their web site. The web site design has a professional but viewer friendly interface that maximizes the users ability to view the exterior/interior and detailed specifications of each aircraft.

The solution includes a Microsoft Access database and ASP web site on a shared hosting account managed by Connect Technologies.

JFA Consulting

JFA Consulting helps organizations reach peak productivity by providing a variety of services to it's clients. Connect Technologies created an automated reporting system to analyze and present performance data for an organization's divisions and employees.

The reporting system integrates with a each of JFA Consulting's clients and uses a Microsoft SQL Server database and a variety applications developed in Visual Studio .NET and ASP. Reports and delivered as PDF (Portable Document Format) files through JFA Consulting's web site.

Specialty Insurance Managers

Specialty Insurance Managers provides insurance producers with assistance in placing difficult or unusual insurance risks. Connect Technologies created a web based system to give these producers the ability to compare the rates of multiple products and submit and bind the products on their web site. The web site also allows producers to create certificates of insurance online.

The web site is developed in ASP using a Microsoft SQL Server database and integrates with other internal systems.

Texas A&M Athletics

The Texas A&M Athletics department partnered with Connect Technologies to develop a handheld application to wirelessly scan 12th Man Team membership cards as fan enter athletic events. Fans are given rewards for reaching certain attendance levels and are notified when the device plays the aggie war hymn.

The application was developed in Visual Studio .NET using the .NET Compact Framework for Windows CE devices. It uses a local device based Microsoft Access database and also connects wirelessly to a Microsoft SQL Server database through a campus wide secure wireless network.
